How to make a healthy sandwich

Ingredient	How does this ingredient make the sandwich healthy?
Bread	Bread is well known for making people fat because they have sugar in it
Butter	butter is high in calories and saturated fat and should be enjoyed in moderation.
Meat	Meat makes people fat if you eat to much so only put a little
Lettuce	Lettuce is healthy because it is a  vegetable
Tomatoes	Tomatoes is also healthy because it is  a vegetable
Cucumber	cucumbers are low in calories and contain a good amount of water
Carrot	Carrots contain vitamin A, antioxidants, and other nutrients.

If someone wanted to make a healthy sandwich, explain below how you would make one and why you chose the ingredients you did:I chose Lettuce because it is a healthy vegetable and I also chose because it contains vitamin A, and antioxidants, and other nutrients.

How to make a Healthy Sandwich

Lettuce

Carrots

Ham

Bread

Butter

Cucumbers-

1. Get two pieces of bread and butter them
2. Get some ham
3. Get some Lettuce cucumbers and carrots
4. Chop up the lettuce cucumbers and carrots
5. Then put the ham in the sandwich with the lettuce cucumbers and carrots then top it off with the other piece of bread on top

My Favourite Game is Fortnite i have been playing fortnite sense season 2 i have got in better and better i just love Fortnite but when i was playing season 2 on fortnite i got so much better on season 3 i was super good on fortnite but in season 4 i had to switch schools to Kereru park campus i didn't really like clendonparkschool because none of my friends accept my friend request but at kereru park my friends play with me on fortnite :) this is a picture of season 2
