How to make a Healthy Sandwich

Carrots
Ham
Bread
Butter
Cucumbers-
- Get two pieces of bread and butter them
- Get some ham
- Get some Lettuce cucumbers and carrots
- Chop up the lettuce cucumbers and carrots
- Then put the ham in the sandwich with the lettuce cucumbers and carrots then top it off with the other piece of bread on top
